What is an office suite?

An office suite provides a furnished office space with voice and data capabilities, access to office amenities and administrative services at flexible rental terms. Office suites provide cost-effective solutions without long-term commitments.

What is a virtual office?

A virtual office provides a business address, a dedicated telephone number and access to private offices and conference rooms without renting a full-time office. Virtual office plans at NYC Office Suites start as low as $1.50 per day and can be customized to your business needs.

Who uses office suites?

Office suites are typically used by entrepreneurs, small businesses, start-up companies and satellite employees – any business that does not wish to commit to a long term lease, invest in equipment, staff or other capital expenditures. NYC Office Suites can also accommodate needs for project space, swing space or disaster recovery clients.

How long is a contract term?

One of the benefits of an office suite is the flexibility in contract term length. Typically they are between 3 and 24 months. Our flexibility allows companies to match their workplace needs with their business needs.

What comes with an office suite set up?

Our offices, team and project spaces are equipped with furniture, telecommunications and Internet connectivity. Our clients are networked to our printers and scanners. Preferred pricing is extended to our clients for computer rentals.

I have an emergency and I need a lot of space fast. Can you handle that?

Yes, NYC Office Suites has provided fully functional private space in one weekend for 80 users. We are experienced in providing swing space to those losing a direct lease, finding a legal deal close or direct office buildout too lengthy, or experiencing a disaster recovery situation.

Do you have disaster recovery programs?

Yes, we offer a program that acts like insurance should you require space quickly. Please ask us. For a very inexpensive form of preference seating, please consider a basic virtual office, which makes you an in-house client before the fact, at only $2.50 per day.

How far in advance should I look for office space?

We recommend looking for office space no sooner than 90 days from when you need it, and no later than 15 days from when you need it. Of course, if you need space immediately, we can accommodate you, even on an overnight basis!

Can I reserve office space from my smartphone?

There are two ways that you can reserve meeting rooms, office space and other flexible workspaces from your smartphone.  You may either use our calendar linked app, OPEN Meeting Room, or the mobile-enabled client portal.  You may reserve commercial space this way at any of our NYC locations in known office buildings.

What technological features does an office space come with?

You want a reliable and fast internet, and office business equipment such as commercial grade copying and scanning equipment.  All of this is human-assisted if needed by your professional NYC virtual assistant front desk personnel.

I will be needing an office space in the next six months. Is there anything I can do to jump start my new business with a presence?

Yes, quite often, a client starting a new venture will sign up to take a virtual office in advance of requiring a physical space. Businesses with such a plan tend to grow much faster and tend to transition to full time space much more smoothly.
